BE AWARE, get all your Orange Upgrades by 1st April or you will pay lots more.
All subsidies are being stopped then, so days of the £10 phones are gone, even the crappy phones will cost more.
This is a UK wide agreement by the telecomms companies, although I don't know when it comes into effect for the others.

Orange say subsidies are not being stopped, just reduced by £40. If they were stopped you would pay hundreds for the lastest phones. They also say that this MAY not affect the customer if Orange decide to absorb this additional cost themselves...

Tommy, you're right, just checked with the men in the know and its a reduction in subsidy by £40.

Freak, the upgrade price is dependent on the tarrif you are using and your billing history.
e.g. I pay £200 a month and pay nothing for a new handset.
Joe bloggs pays £20 a month and pays £200 for new handset.

Oh and never accept the first price they quote, always threaten to leave and tell them O2 are offering blah blah blah and see if they will match it.
