where is gis a job, goose, roady, deano and these new peeps who show an interest and dont show.....omen, neilRA, David

wot maps would u like ? might be able to fit 1 or so in tomorrow ?
if we get not many we will have to choose small maps anyway - certainly wont be playing dust 2!!

just seen King Ping, Bazza and Roady online via Gamespy - All of them on DIFFERENT servers !!!
cmon guys we need play / praccy together. ICQ tells people where u r if u set it in DND mode and then join a CS game ?
And use Gamespy Friends / Buddy facility to find other STi members so wear your tags as well. i spotted the above 3 cos they were [STi] in Gamespy.

I can't get Gamespy to let me put any buddies in, do I need to buy it for that?
I have never found anyone with it.
The other thing was better gametiger or whatever.
Does ICQ pick up where you are nad put it in the DND message? I thought one had to do that oneself.

bazza - i used to forget to change it to STi and when i rememberd it was prob cos i was dead and could not then change !
i have finally updated my gamespy profile so i am now always [STi] Kheldar

pretty sure you do not need to buy it for buddies list ? do you not have a buddy menu ?
my icq picks it up automatically i never type it in.

don't need to buy gamespy for buddies to work- maybe it assumes you have no mates 
ICQ does the dnd message auto but sometimes forgets to turn you off so it looks like u are where u arent.

ps- i've been playing with autobots instead of public servers- not as good as sti games but imho better than against joe"cheat and whinge" bloogs. esp when playing against 15t's when your the only ct. i switch them all to knife mode then start blastin!

I HATE AOL - I thought fairs fair with the lag tonight (350+) as everyone seemed to experiencing it. But boy...I really got fu@ked off when I got not 1 but 3 server time outs 
Who ever said online gaming is fun and relaxing will be in hospital next week as I'm going too shoot them

Anyway apart from that it was a good session.
If I'm not speaking too the police about sending AOL a virus I'll see you all tomorrow

Tiggs, I find it a struggle too, but Alexander my 7 year old can jump in the back of the truck every time!! Ahh, coordination and reaction, those were the days!!
OK, I was booted off 3 times too, this all starting to sound like more than mere coincidence? Remember war had just broken out so traffic was probably huge.
That doesn't detract from it all coming together when I killed every terrorist single handed on Torn!!
I'd pose and say it's skill, but as Deano has mentioned befroe, when you're cookin, you just can't do wrong, but most of the time, I can't hit a barn door with a shovel!!

Sorry i couldnt make it last night,i was trying to get connected but it was having none of it kept saying my .dll was different to the server...i'm running hl 1.1.0.8 and cs 1.3 will try again tonight, have been reading up and may of solved my prob, guess we'll find out later.
In the mean time if anyone else had this, i would be grateful to hear any solutions.
