Ok Ok I get the jist, here is one of the piccies from the Lakes Camping Trip. On my PC
the images are a little large, so how do I cut them down to size? And..how do I get rid of the cars number plates?

Thinking about it, the picture above was done on an APS and transfered to disc, so I think the shot was taken on panoramic, so this could be why it's a bit large?

You need to crop your pictures with "photoshop" or whatever other editing software you can get your hands on.
Number plates? I can't see any. But when you can, ditto the above and use the eraser thing to rub 'em out then resave the image.
Good luck. Oh and beautiful weather for camping eh?

Craft,
Put a tick in that box that says 'keep aspect ratio' that will prevent you from squishing the image, and if you keep the final file size down to 100k it may actually download to our pcs in less than 5 mins

CRAFT,
you do need to reduce the resolution of your pictures, as the first is over half a meg, and the second SAME PICTURE - although it _seems_ smaller is three-quarters of a meg - half as big again!!!!
You will need something like Adobe Photodeluxe or Microsoft Photo Editor to "do stuff" with the raw pictures.

CRAFT,
please try to reduce the file size!!
My piccy (below) from NCT1 is far smaller in KB than yours (but bigger in display size!).
It will probably load faster n'all!
