So how long do you think you need to be properly dealcoholised?

I gave up on the booze and caffiene a while back first few days I got headaches etc.

Then after a week or so I felt better than I ever did.

Im back on caffiene for a cup or two in the morning and an occasional drink, and its really worth it in the long run, sleep better concentrate better etc.

give it 2 weeks as an experiment then make your choice

2 weeks... a bit more than I was thinking of, but I suppose it is do-able. My concentration is really shot at the moment, so maybe this will be a *good thing*. Ok, back from inverness on Sunday, then start my fortnight.
