How to get around RCE on my DVD...

Question for all you DVD gurus out there.....
I've got a Toshiba SD100E multi-region DVD player. Some DVDs I've borrowed are RCE'd.
Is there a patch / key stroke that will overcome RCE? Or is it a mod-chip?
Any advice would be welcome.

Dan,
Temporary workaround.
Enter the disc.
Wait for the RCE warning sign (world map)
Press memory
Enter into Title 1 - Chapter 1
Press Play
Press Clear
Note: The movie will play, but MENU will not work.
Experimenting with title 2 and chapter 1 etc will get you the special features.
If you want a permanent fix that allows you to get at all the features on RCE discs Techtronics now do an upgrade chip for Toshiba's.
