We are all tattood with a bar code on our forehead. When we walk down the road we are charged 10p per step.use of parks etc will only be free between 2.30am and 2.35am. Walking inside Hospital ground will cost £5.00 minite.Standing waiting to cross road. will carry a penalty of £2.00 congestion charge. Entering a shop will cost £1.00.
I'm sure there are more charges!!

Luke,
the government simply does not trust it's law abiding, tax paying citizens, so has to place more and more controls and fees in operation. This is easily done because those same law abiding citizens have NI numbers, mortgages, bank accounts etc.
Of course burglars, drivers of untaxed/un-insured cars, illegal immigrants, drugs dealers and the like are hard to trace, so can roam freely
Oh, and that will be 50p for reading this reply please
