Question

I've never had any problems with their support department. What do you need advice on?

Edited to say do you mean Norton Antivirus people? Maybe I've got the wrong end of the stick

I know a fair bit, in fact I'm just laughing about this post with the product manager

What's up? I have a fantastic walk through guide. If you'd like it mail me at Jack_Clark@nai.com tell me which version you're using.

I have that, I got it when I came down to aylesbury to do the course... Jason Brown gave it to me. Top Bloke... Has provided no end of help... but Jane somebody.. pah.

I have an epo Server (v2) connecting to a SQL 7 Server in a different domain.

And when I try and load the console on the server it says unable to connect, be sure that you are a local administrator... I am logged in as a domain admin... all local groups have the global groups in. The service has the correct rights... there are two way trust relationships in place...

Help

Ps. Do you have a scooby?? if so was it yours parked around the back of the training centre in that office park thingy?

Sorry maybe crap is a bit harsh, your product support for groupshield for domino was good.. Infact how come when we get the sircam/mm32 or whatever it lets the message through with a 0 bytes attachment??

Can we configure it to delete it properly.... as I thought it was supposed to be?

Either use the IP address rather than the machine name or in the epo directory there's a tool called cfgnaims.exe use that to specify which sql or nt account epo uses to access the database.

Does Groupshield replace the attachment or just zero byte it?

Yup I drive a MY01 wagon, traded up from a MY98.
