Why can't I see all the responses on a post?

Hello all,
I have just started using Virgin Net for the first time to access Scoobynet, as I was previously using Libertysurf.
When I try and view some of the posts, I only get a partial view of the replys, with typically this sort of text at the end of my viewable section.

Sometimes certain posts will not show up at all.
Is it something that I can remedy by making adjustments within my own computer, or is it a little more invloved than that.
I should point out that I am NO EXPERT with computers, and struggle with even the simplest of things involving them.
Cheers MTR

Martin,
if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, them try holding down the SHIFT key and clicking on the "refresh" button.
This should force a transfer of the page from Scoobynet itself, rather than a copy (known as a cache) held at your ISP.
Also (and cleverer folks may need to confirm this) - go to the Tools.InternetOptions menu item, choose the General page (should appear first) and click the Settings button under Temporary Internet Files. The "Check for newer versions" should be "Every Visit" just in case!

Boomer,
I have tried the refresh trick that you mention, after reading it on one of your previous posts to someone else.
It doesn't do any good, in this instance, but did work when I was on Libertysurf.
I have reset all my security and advance settings on 'tools, internet options' tab, back to default to see if that helps.
Thanks for the replies lads.
Cheers MTR
