Great hotel for kids?

We're looking for somewhere to stay in the UK with excellent kids facilities..pool/playground/clubs whatever. Anyone have any suggestions? Kids are 6 and 3. Done Centre Parcs and all those kinda places. Other ideas of great water parks would be very welcome.
