going to greece end of may this year passport expires end of august
do i have to get a new passport now or will this one be ok

Well, I guess it depends on when you're looking to come back to the UK!

Well, in that case, I would say you were alright. Greece is part of the European Union. I know some places want at least 6 months on your passport, but I'm not so sure about within the EU. I'm sure you'll get your answer here though.

Why not just get a new one now?

 

in short just won the trip thru work hav'nt had time to find out anything else yet
don't think there would be a problem in getting a new passport except that i'm always at work and when i'm not the post office is shut!

 

The calm down, congratulations and have a drink. You'll get a new one in time no problem.

 

On a plus side
also won a days driving experience at Thruxton.
I know which one i'm looking forward to most
work does have it's plus sides!!!!!

I had to goto Poland a few years ago (for work) and renewing the passport is so easy. I drove down to Wales two days before and done the form. It arrived the next day. If you got the tickets with you they'll process it there and then
