> What with all the sadness and trauma going on at West Ham at the moment it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person which almost went un-noticed last week.
Larry La Prise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Cokey" died peacefully at age 93.
The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin.
They put his left leg in... and then the trouble started.



I know they are old but it lightens the day!

Glen Roeder falls over and knocks him self out while in the bank. When he comes round he says "where am I", "your in the Nationwide" they tell him.

"Blimey is it August already". He says.
