do any of you know the address or phone number of the firm who market (did 1year ago)the rs200 replica kit car?i think they were called mercury or something

the next question is does anyone know if mercury are still going as i have phoned directory enquirys for the phone number and they say there isn't anything under mercury in shoeburyness

I don't know if Mercury are still going, but banmoco have bought the original tooling for the rs200, and do a kit car version of it - banham200.
The bad bit is that it is based on a maestro, so is front wheel drive

i'm either going to use a yb cosworth engine or a small block chevy that a customer of mine has just removed from a pro street hot rod that pushes out a proven 460 bhp but i will probably be swayed by that great rush you get from a turbooooooooo.

Especially as the wastegate is right behind you right ear
I have an orginal full workshop manual which may be of help for some layout issues etc.

some lay outs would be cool and if anyone could provide photos of a REAL 200 i would be very greatful as i don't want to build a copy with my own adaptations,i want it to be as close as a replica can be..

A good place to get photos of real RS200 willl be the Ford RSOC national day at Donnington on 19th August. There were 14 or 15 at last years meet.
Hopefully mine will be there.
