Apparently this was Mark Thomas's idea. He has an expert lawyer in international law who claims that in the event of them going it alone without UN backing then they would be indeed guilty of war crimes in the same way that Molosovic and co. were.

But there is no basis to try Bush and Blair. They're merely defending their sovereignety from being attacked by the likes of Al-Qaeda and Iraq. Milosovec on the other hand is exactly the carbon copy of the BNP leader..

Hmm I'm doing an engineering degree. Have you finished highschool yet? Milosovec and your leader are of the same calbre. The only different is that one was in the position of power to actually implement his plan whereas the other only have 5 seats. Think before you talk boy..

Yes STIShrek I'm still a student doing another engineering degree. I seriously doubt that you've even attended highschool let alone law school from your posting style. We can't declare war against everyone who we might suspect of plotting against us
Edit: surely 'war crimes' only covers contravention of the Geneva convention, and getting UN support isn't part of that.
