Any Notes gurus here?

Hiya!
I'm in need of someone to get feedback from...my knowledge on the matter is a wee bit rusty...
This is the situation:
3 Lotus Notes 4.6x servers, 2 of them are going to be merged into the 3rd, and then deleted.
On those 2 there are about 60 users.
Here's how I thought to do it:
1. Copy the mailboxes, and replicate the databases to the 3rd bigger server.
2. Create new users (for all the moved mailboxes), and insert the "old" mail database files, saving the id-files in the personal documents.
3. Use fixed ini-files at the clients (everything below kit type deleted), and a basic document describing how to connect to the new server.
4. Delete the connx documents between the servers.
What do you think?
Cheers
