Tried to get on tonite at 9pm but it would not connect to the server at all - any one else have problems??

 

Yeah - I did, but my problem was down to the fact that I can't get an OS on my newly constructed PC

Yeah when I eventually got on MY PC, after 'er indoors comandeered it for holiday searching, CStastic appeared with a red ? and at first had 0/0 but then nothing at all.

Fancy a rearrange on Thursday, assuming somone knows how to get the server sorted out, Steve?

I discovered that if you are wound up it doesn't help your game at all!!

So how do we get into this online gaming lark? Any minimum requirements such as connections speed, etc. Where do we get the IP address for the servers etc etc

Get down to PC World and buy Counter Strike, £19.99 or go to Electronics boutique and get either Half Life Generations or the above, same price. As usual requirements are on the box. However, you need some download patches, so if you don't have fast free internet access (as if, Web Designer!), let us know and we'll send you what you need on a CD to save the download aggro.

Server address etc has been published on here several times and wil be again, in the words of the god Nike "just do it".

i dunno whats happened to the server.

gareth had probs a few weeks ago which took it out of action for a couple of days ?

its down now to

hopefully will be up later or at least he'll post on here - he does occasionally !

Its this bit that worries me - I am bad enough with the Playstation, cant afford the time to do online stuff as well
