I've never actually purchased anything from them but over the last two years I have emailed/ICQ'd them frequently about many issues regarding equipment, leads, setup, etc.. and they've always responded within 48 hours, less is ICQ,
though I will take not.
Rest assured that I can get very nasty when people mess me about.

Not sure how theirs works, but you can get a simple plug-in memory card that makes the PS2 regionless. Its been out for a month now. £35
Suitable for PS 2-10000,15000,18000,and 30004 model.
