honda kart engine

Has anyone got any experience with a honda GX140 engine, i have one fitted to my mates kids go kart and was wondering if there is any way of removing the restrictor? as it only revs to about 2K and we want more!!!

Used to do this on GX160's so should be similar.
Thought I could remember how to do it but ended up searching to be sure. Take a look at this thread on the UK Karting board -
