A copper stands accused of trying to smuggle 20,000 cigarettes through channel tunnel. Customs stopped him and he appears in court tomorrow. Also in the same paper. Britian is wide open from bogus asylum seekers because of a shortage of immigration officers at British ports of entry. Now if customs can catch people smuggling a few ****, sometimes honest hard working folk. Where has the system gone wrong.
