Good B&B in either Ashbourne or Brecon?

Going away to either Brecon or Ashbourne (without the Impreza). Anyone know of any good B&Bs in either Brecon or Ashbourne area? Must have decent beds. Any good places to eat (esp. curries)???
Doesnt need to be anywhere flash - just me and my brother away for a couple of days cycling.

Used to live fairly close to Brecon, but haven't been there in ages...
I've only stayed there once - The George Hotel in the centre of Brecon was OK and quite reasonably priced from memory. Probably best off being close to the town, as there isn't an awful lot else around in the way of places to eat and drink.
The best places to look for accomodation are:
