How to save an asf or asx stream onto my hardisk?

Well after a mountain of replies on here (!)I worked around the problem.
I set my mixer to 'what you hear' and simply played the stream back while recording my WAV channel.

Daz did right mouse button save as not work or try downloading and then search for it, should be stored in temp internet files and just copy across to desktop.
