I had astro wars. Got it for christmas. Doesnt it come in the form of a silver square box with a screen at the front with a little stick and a large round button to the left/right to do the firing. When you start her up it gives you some cheesy bog-basic music.
My cousin had the sky attack tomy tronic. There were 3 types. 1 in red (sky attack), 1 in blue (a racing car game) and i forgot the other.

A mint Grandstand 'Astro Wars' in the box is currently worth £200+
Alas, I don't have the box for mine
Still got Munchman and Scramble both in their boxes

This thread brings back some memories.
My wife sold her Mini Munchman on ebay last year for £56
She currently has an atari lynx(bought from ebay) and can't put it down. Retro gaming is mega cool.

It all started with an atari and playing tank pong.
Then to a BBC Micro and playing elite.
Then to a spectrum 48k (the posh gits had the 128 with built-in tape recorder) and the agonising will it or wont it load. But the games - manic miner, ultimate play the game sabre wulf knightlore, alien 8 - were class.
Then to a commodore 64 playing mission impossible and raid over moscow.
Then to the console war with the megadrive, SNES, playstation, jaguar, sega saturn, Nintendo 64.
And then to a crappy PC playing doom, onto another crappy PC playing quake and finally to a decent spec PC playing counter-strike which will be crap in about 6 months.

what about the little pocket n watch games that were repetitively addictive.
including having to save the parachutists in a boat, putting out indian fires in a fort, crossing a diving turtle river......
