Has anybody ever come across any software that allows you to change the name of a company that software has been registered to after it has been installed?. I'm looking for this as a company is about to change its name and all the licenses need to be changed to the new name.

depends what software you are talking about! Found the way to do it for Office 2000

Are you trying to do this to keep all nice and legal. I work in this area and most compaanies will amend thier records if you can show that the change of company details is just a name change. They tend not to bee too happy if it looks like more than that. Are you running boxed product or site licencing at the moment ??
