Anyone on BTi £9.99 Off-Peak Unmetered Access
#2
I use it.
Your ok tho, go to btinternet and you can switch to a package thats basically a little improved from what you have now.
Pay £4 per month for BTinternet!(like why woukd you want to!?)
then choose your option, you want the £5.99 off peak package.

Fosters,
I thought the £9.99 per month was a special offer until 31 March (if you signed up before the end of Feb.).
As I understand it it reverts to £14.99 per month in April.

I might have to reread that then. I thought the 9.99pcm was for existing bt internet customers wishing to upgrade their contract. I shall cancel it if it reverts to 14.99 from april!

I nearly changed to BT Anytime, but noticed that from April you will HAVE to be using a BT line. After asking the same question 7 times Im still no closer to finding out whether my existing 0800 dialup account is going to be stopped in April or not.
They are also removing the 2gb web space and the 1000email address allowance...
If only NTL would pull their bloody fingers out and get cable modems sorted for Cable and Wireless customers. £19 per month for 500k download 'permanently on'.

I upgraded from the 9.99 off peak to the 14.99 anytime.
Seems quite reasonable to me, I mean technically you could be hooked up 24 hours 7 days a week for free!!!.
And at the end of the day £5 isn't even two gallons of petrol, or two bottles of Becks, or a box of washing powder, or a CD, etc. etc.
