if unreal.siwd.net does not let you in, try 213.165.154.30
password is the same which is sc00by.
I've moved it off of rubbishy windows and onto a BSD server.

the server is running at 413A. This is the latest patch i could get it to without a CD. And believe me, this wasn't easy !
We had about 10 people in tonight though - what versions are you 2 running ?

PS that rubbishy lag bug at the start of a game - gone

Ver 436 fro me as well. This was a "clean" install of 436 version. I.e. I hadn't patched a previous ver - Is that relevant.
Amd I was going to be really good last night - not cr*p like usual

I never noticed any of the messages about server changes etc, and simply connected top the unreal.siwd.net address as usual. Got in first time and played (well got killed many times) for a few hours.
No real problems with lag like we did last week, it's just my crap playing skills that let me down

Phew! Had 18 people in at one point last night. Body parts everwhere
Don't know why you can't get in Dan, provided you install from the CD and patch to 436 you won't have a problem.
Still can't get into CS - I can see how it could be good if everyone is of similar skill but at the moment its a case of get killed and sit there waiting for a bit must practice more.

Enjoyed FatBoy mode...
Unlike the start with 18 people.....I ususally only saw someone after they had shot me in the head . The reduction in speed helped my underpowered system keep up much better. I could actually see people before they shot me. Hey I even got a couple of flags...despit being chased by a horde of lardy blokes
