Their prices on CDs aren't bad either.

ASDA's tend to have a 'few' decent cheap DVD's.

Usually 2 for £20 and occasionally single DVD's for £7.99 (Evita etc)

Worth the occasional look.

My local Virgin shop does some at 2 for £25.

HMV are also known to do this.

On 26 Jan HMV will start a 2 for £25 sale on most Columbia Tristar titles (e.g. Erin Brockovich, Being John Malkovich, Jaws, Jurassic Park, Girl Interupted, and more).

The sale will last until at least for one month, however most stock will sell out very quickly as once its gone its gone. (If the sale does well this may change)

Some titles will be in very limited numbers depending on the size of the store, pre-reserving copies is not really possible so get there early if there is something you really want. The stores should be able to tell you whether specific titles titles are included.

There are some Universal titles distributed by Columbia Tristar included eg, The Thing, Angelas Ashes. There are no titles released after Sept 00, about 100 titles in all.
