Cheapest DVD player that plays VCD

Anyone got any good places to get a dirt cheap DVD player that will play VCD's and maybe even divx???
I currently got a Samsung one that I got free with a mobile phone so it is really sh!te
Got plenty of VCD's to watch but can't handle watching them on a 17" monitor.
Also considering TV out on pc to widescreen telly but heard quality isnt too great so new DVD player probably best way to go.

Tesco were selling Dansai 1010 for £69
Bought a few for friends, play everything with a hack
Not sure if they've got them anymore, worth a try
Failing that, richer sounds allways have some at less than £100 that play everything.

IF you want a cheap DVD player thats plays absolutely everything (apart from DIVX) have a look at the Mirror at

About £80 from Richer Sounds (to play VCD's). They occasionally have the odd one for £50!! 
And they are usually multi-region players as well!

To play DivX, VCD's, DVD's, etc, etc, you probably need something like this: Kiss Technology DP-450DVD Player although a little more expensive at £195 + delivery + VAT!!

You need to chip the X-Box, but once you've done that you can run the media player and play divx discs or change the HDD to a bigger one and play them all from there. The X-Box will only play CD-RW or DVD+/-r.
X-Box console - £150
Chip - £40
XBMP2.1 - £FREE
TOTAL - £190
Pretty good deal considering you are also getting the best games console on the market
