The other day I tried to order a magnex cc from a C.A.R. shop
in camberley, cut a long story short I was told that if I can
get a part No of the item then he would be able to get it for me!
Why the hell cant he get as he supposidly works in the trade!
I got one now (secondhand) but if these kids (spoke to 2 of them)
could offer some sort of customer service then the company that
they work for would have had my money [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
Pheew, rant over, hope everyone else has a happy new year!!

All the retarded kids from school end up at these places, those that couldn't get employment with Connex or McDonalds.
Next time you go in one of these places look at the stacks of induction kits in stock on the shelves - they will all be for either "Vauxhall Corsa 1.2", "Fiesta 1.0", "Saxo 1.1 FaggotWestCoast", etc.

If you have any of these vehicles the staff will be a fountain of knowledge (possibly).

P.S. Why is there always some dodgy gangsta wannabe in the queue in front of me talking about wheels for an E36 318 BMW (and trying to act hard) when I'm trying to buy Magic Trees or polish?

God I bloody hate these C.A.R. shops and the people in them.

I went in Dixons the other day to look at cameras. There were two I liked the look of so I asked the lad what the difference between them was? He picked them both up, shut his eyes, pulled a face, then, this is the good bit! "this one weighs more"

He then went on to say, "this one has more features" but then couldn't tell me what any any of the features were

AND, AND, he said he couldn't do the one I wanted on 0% because there was a minimum price of £250..... the camera was £255

I was in halfords and asked to look at a momo ****,
the 'boy' behind the counter said what do you need to know
about it? I replied "nothing, I just want to have a look at it"
He then said I havent got the key John has got it!! (bearing in mind I dont know these people)
I then said I was sorry for putting him out but could he get it?
He then tutted at me and then went to look for the so called John.
If I werent such a well mannered guy he wouldn't have needed the
key as I would of opened the glass display cabinet with his
Spotty bumfluffed sourpuss of a head!!!!!!!

Phoned C.A.R in Sutton to buy a 4" stainless steel backbox for Mels 106Gti as an Xmas prezzie (romantic arent I? LOL)

Anyway I ordered it 2 weeks before Xmas ready for collection on the Sat.. Friday afternoon I rang to confirm only to be told me order had been lost the week before...


AAAAAARRRGHH!!! WHY THE **** DIDNT THEY CALL ME?? I was told they forgot!!!

I was now in the **** bigtime to get her prezzie as no one else had them in stock..

So I called Larkspeed who told me they'd get one direct from manufacturer the next day and hand deliver it to me the day after that which they duly did!!

Top work fellas - I heartedly recommend them to anyone now ..

I think its more of a sign of the times!!!!!!!
Does make you feel good though, when you get treated as a customer
should get treated!!!! All to rare these days IMHO.

I stopped for a coffee on the m25 yesterday for a coffee,
there were 3 girls working in the costa cafe,
1 was serving the couple in front of me ,
2 were listening to a story being told by the girl serving
Hence I had to wait!!!!!!
When it came to my turn (just finnished her story about a bloke
who sleptwalked in the buff going back to his girlfriends sisters
bedroom)
I said that was a good story and walked off!!!!!
Got my coffee from the garage instead
That company also missed out on my £1.85

Went to buy a Bike Helmet.(£400!) Admittedly there was a guy trying on the same one as I wanted , but why o bloody why did the rest of the idiots (3 standing within spitting distance) at Riossi in Purley just carry on ignoring me?!?!?! Maybe cos I wasnt wearing a full set of leathers cos Id come in my car. Maybe thats cos you cant ride with out as lid you divs!!

The only thing I buy from C.A.R. is New Car scent Magic Trees. They'll only **** it up if I ask for anything more complicated
