I used to be able to start a reply, then press back and check on someone else post, then go forward and what I had typed previously was still there. Now when I go back it all disappears so I have to ctrl-c, ctrl-v. Any ideas why. Still works fine at work so I know its just my IE settings.

I've seen this recently. Was annoying but can't remember which of my PCs it was doing it on and I think it sorted it's self out.

Ah well just deleted all my temp internet files and voila its working again.
