The buyers have pulled out of the sale of my house!

i moved last year and the bar stewards threatened to do the same unless i dropped price by 4 grand.

the had me by the b*ll*cks so i had to do it...

Buying a house is the biggest (to most people) event in their life (perhaps barring marrige ). It's understandable the some people will get cold feet, especially during this time of high prices. It's big commitment.

I wonder if they have paid out £550 so far, I could have anew set of 17 inch wheels for that!

It's thier loss. 6 weeks, the value has probably risen since then. Whack it back on and up the price accordingly.

Yes it upsets me too! Stupid system where your biggest purchase can be dropped without any come back. Last buyer we were involved with told us to drop £10,000. Told him to **** off!
There should be a deposit so that they can show they are as good as their word.
