Emma wanted a ladies version that matched mine. No bloody way, thats what her engagement ring was for, from me to her , and my watch was from her to me, but paid for by me.

Plus i have already bought her 2 watches, and the expensive one she does noot wear, because she forgets about it!!!

P20SPD - my misses tends to break them within 6 months, hence I'm a little reluctant to buy one of these

Aarrhh. I got mine insured, due to the fact that Emma used to do the same (falling off horses too much). Best insurance i have taken out. The insurance cost £20 i think, 1 watch cost £200 to repair.

Depending upon the watches being offered, I could be interested in such a swap...

Be fair, it said watches. A couple of quality timexes would give a man something to think about, wouldn't they?

I am a dead man if Lyndsy reads this...

Alex,

I know of a place where I can get 33% off retail for Rolexs and 25% off retail for Omegas and some other more expensive brands.

All watches are fully legal, with manufacturers warranty, boxes, etc, etc from a jewellers in South West London!

My parents have a lovely matching pair of Rolex watches. Not as expensive as it looks when you get 33% off, negoiate more discount for cash, and claim back the VAT as they travelled back to Hong Kong!!

Looks like my parents have blessed me with my eye for a bargain and the ability to negoiate/haggle!!

Andy T, do tell. I was planning on getting the other half a watch for Chrimbo. You never know, she might get something genuine with those reductions!!

Alex - Get Milly the watch! You don't need brakes you just don't need to press the loud peddle so hard!
