The Nurses deserve it. They have the support of the public. The firemen dont in both cases.
Again..Firemen, get yourselves another leader.Andy has lost the plot. Thats 1/2 the reason you have lost.

I reckon the fire fighters do deserve the 15% increase
One of my jobs is as a nurse. I think I am well paid, and would not want extra if the firefighters got this award, but this seems to be the argument the govt are putting forward. I would rather the money went into the NHS itself so we could actually do our jobs properly. Guess my view might be in the minority tho! Thanks for the thought tho Luke!

Don't start this topic, my wife is a nurse , pay and conditions are 5h1te. A lot of people don't care anymore and cannot finish the shift quick enough. Teamwork is not there anymore
As she says if we go on strike "YOU DIE"
says it all actaully,
Take this year for instance we have a 3yr old and she is basically working Xmas & New Year, nobody in the entire shift wants to trade (do you blame them but then again it's not that when she helps somebody else out. )

Why are we evening paying those pine needle covered ****** anyway for ***** sake
they sit in the forest all day doing jack **** watching the squrrels playing in thier branches.
Just like those barsted snowmen thet only ever work in the winter
and that man in the moon **** him as well what does he do ?
