Try the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun Mexico. Just got back from there. Exclusive resort.

5 Star, service to drool for. Witnessed 4 weddings there, facing the ocean, horse driven carriage, reception etc....

A bit pricey be looking at something like £4500 with bells on but worth it.

Virgin do a good wedding package.
At least they did when my sister-in-law jumped the broom.
Catered for 45 people and no complaints from any of the guests.

I would rate Virgin too - I was a Virgin bride!!!! No complaints at all even though it was only booked 6 weeks before the 'big day'.
