shame it isnt touch screen.

User menu's can be fiddley because its a windows based o/s and u need to use arrows keys.

Other than that...

Question

was thinking the same -

is it worth getting one or should I wait for the P800 (if it ever arrives)...

I think the SPV is a better size. I'd be interested to know how well the OS works on a phone!

Haven't seen one as yet, but all I will say is that working for a division of France Telecom means we have a fair amount of contact with Orange - they are pretty excited about the SPV - so expect it to be good.

BTW - I tried to order one yesterday but the orange upgrades people said they couldn't process orders for these at the moment!

Am going to try again tomorrow - looks like an excellent phone with the right features.

P800 is the best bet at the moment. Should be here first quarter next year. Allegedly will be in Sweden in December but I have my doubts. Have played with this phone, its fantastic. Only complaint was you should be able to turn the phone sideways when surfing so you get a widescreen view. Symbian OS stable but I would have preferred PalmOS.

N_k_a have developed a fully functional 3G phone too ...

Just played with one in the orange shop - very cool.

The software works better than I thought... Media player is very cool for a phone and the camera seems quite good. The phone is similar sized to a 3310, the screen is excellent - much better than the T68 one.

I am going to try again to order one from orange now!
