Okay, we need to move a large Kodak Scanner (£27k worth) from Aberdeen, Scotland to Sittingbourne in Kent.
The scanner will require packing by the company selected and MUST arrive totally undamaged. Insurance cover will be required.
Only professional, reputable movers please, good price paid.

Theres a company in Farnborough (or that area anyway) called Carry Gently that we have used to transport BIG servers with no packaging crates for them around the country (Bracknell to Glasgow was one journey).

We use a company called concorde logistics to move our IT equipment, photocopiers etc. around. Had no problems so far.... but standard disclaimers apply!

Concord also moved and did first stage install of our £3m MRI scanner.
Weighed a ton and needed manouvering through an opening with literally inches to spare.
Lots of manhandling by their team as no room for lifting gear etc. No concerns, no problems and no damage

Surely someone could squeeze this in the back of their wagon 
Went to Dublin once to do some work for Oracle. Decommisioned some hardware then waited for the arranged transport............3 paddies and a Cortina estate
They covered the hardware in an old dust sheet (full of dust) and couldn't shut the tailgate.
So one of them hung out back and held it down while we transported this kit to the new offices on the other side of town.
