Looking to get info on a treatment which removes top layer of skin.
Read some years ago about it. New skin layer is left without minor blemish marks....

The method you said about take off the upper layer of skin is kind of peeling treatment. In the medical term of skin peeling we have three ways to peel the skin off; chemical peeling, mechanical peeling and the third ways laser. The depth of skin peeling is up to demand. If you would like to rejuvenate your skin looking then try the deep skin peeling, but I don't recommend. It's kind of "Baby face method" and of course no blemish left on your face anymore because your sweat glands was damaged at all. If you just want to decrease your skin blemish just try superficial peeling as we call AHA treatment (30-70%). If you are not allergy to AHA, then try it 5-10 treatments, your skin will be brighter and less blemish
