I lost my interest in F1 a few years ago.. I presumed because it had sunk in that I would never be a driver and was bored watching it.. I hear everyone saying that it is boring now and thought nothing much else about it..
Last night, flicking through the channels and on 'Motors UK' I think it was they showed a few clips from a 1978 F1 race..
and I was more entertained watching that than I remember being at any point within the last modern F1 race I watched!
I think they should be forced to build the cars to 70's specs!
It was so raw and you could see the driver skill involved and they were like over grown go-karts! overtaking left right and centre (literally)..
