Has anyone taken the kids to Lapland to see Santa ?
Any recomendations for tour operators, things to look out for etc...

I looked at this a few years ago and it was >£1200 (family of four) for a day trip!

A week in the sun would seem a more sensible option

I would love to do this. I have seen adverts in the national press for the day trips.

Just tell the kids Santa is fiction, save you a fortune on plane tickets/accomodation etc.

I haven't (yet) but someone at my gliding club did a few years ago. They used Canterbury Travel. Their web site has some good info.

The chap said they had a fantastic time and recommends them. He said he almost believed again

I did about 5 years a go.

my then 4 year old cried when he saw santa, but was freezing cold, no matter hwo you wrapp the kids up they get cold, the then 2 year old just cried due to the cold.
I want to cry as it was sooooo cold

I thinking of going on 23rd dec for 1 night to Finland (lapland).
£595 for one night..........could get a week skiing in Europe for that! Gonna be a tuf decision.

I have a brocure at work. Mail me if you wanna know which one ot is!
