Looking to book for a concert at the MEN (Manchester Evening News arena).
Anyone been before in this layout? Just wondering if there's any particular sections to avoid?
TIA,
Chris.

I'd avoid high up at the opposite end to the stage unless you have very good eyesite.. I've been to a few concerts there and it spoils it a bit that the stage is so far away.. You end up watching the concert on the monitors so you can see whats going on!
I'd go for side seating near the stage or standing area.
Cheers

I'd agree with Rob - you're miles away at the back / top decent pair of binoculars needed
I saw The Boss at MEN and sat in something like 202 - top layer but in line with the stage so got a good view across all the stage and also out of direct "line of fire" of mega speaker bank (helps with the hearing as I saw him @ Sheffield Arena and was on the central bit / icerink area in the bottom - ears rang for days afterwards .)
