Anyone bought a TV from a Europe online

I have been offered a not to be missed deal from a guy on Ebay offering a Large Toshiba TV very very cheap.Brand new....Boxed!!!
Full toshiba warranty
Its coming for a warehouse in Europe.
It will be on DHL 2 day delivery to my door.
Will customs seize it for excise duty and will i have to pay the VAT on delivery.
