Hello
The easiest way is the coach that runs between the two. At 9m it should only take an hour or so.
Train would be painful: GTW -> Victoria -> Paddington -> LHR.
Steve.

train wouldnt be that painful tbh, gatwick express to victoria is 35 mins max, then just have to get to paddinton for heathrow express which i think is 15 mins..... cant remember now.
Would be quiet on the trains at that time of night and both services are non stop and about the only trains that run to schedule!
I used to commute into london on the gatwick express and its by far the best train service south of the river.

Use the bus link at that time of night (Speedlink I think is its name), its far cheaper and will be less hassle having to lug your bags across Victoria and Paddington stations and negotiating the underground. The two trains and the tube will be about £25-£30.
