Info about Astra 28.2 satalite needed

Can anyone provide me with the Frequency, Polarisation and Symbol rate for the Service channel on the above satalite, also I need the same info for the EPG channel + the Service ID, these channels on my box are currently set for the 19.2 sat and I am pointing at 28.2 so am getting no signal on these 2 channels and I need it to download upgrade software and the EPG.
