LloydsTSB Gold Mastercard includes travel insurance free.
You don't have to pay for your holiday with the card or anything.
There may be a ski supplement, I dunno as I don't go skiing.

I know with Nat West's Advantage Gold Account the travel insurance doesn't include skiing. The Advantage Premier account (darn smart if you ask me) does include winter sports.
We've had travel insurance from the Post Office before, and they were very competitive. I seem to remember a figure of around £70, for year long worldwide, but that wasn't with winter sports.

Yeah,
A mate told me that, as he has a Lloyds account. Apparently you need to pay £50 supplement, and of course, need the Lloyds card in the first place!
Best I've found is £79 for a couple, world wide annual cover, which includes 17 days winter sports, which is enough for us, and max trip duration of 31 days. That is from onlinetravelcover.com, but if anyone knows a better deal, I'd be interested....

I have taken out travel insurance for the last 2 years with Club Direct. Just over £100 for a years worldwide cover for 2, including skiing cover. There is a maximum of 31 days per trip, but no restriction on the number of trips. The skiing cover does not exclude off piste provided you are accompanied by a qualified guide. It also includes cover for business trips.
Last year I put in a claim for some physiotherapy treatment for a pulled calf muscle while skiing. They paid up without delay. Receipts were provided.
You can book the cover online.
