anyone recommend a electric floor polisher for wooden floors?

Hi,
Looking for a domestic floor polisher to apply wax & buff up my sanded & sealed (real) wood floors.
Seen a Karcher one at around £120, and a Hoover one for about the same. Both seem to combine a vacuum function into the device as well - however, this is not essential as primary aim is to wax and buff.
Anyone recommend one or use any of the above?
