Talking

LOL: I love his comments after the case, and the bit about the "stunned" magistrate.:
I'm also intrigued as to who would pass a law making it illegal to w*nk off a horse, for God's sake, whether in a public place or not, and why they thought it necessary to pass said law? Does a lot of this thing go on around Goole then?
Alcazar
PS: if they lock him up, what will the next day's headlines be? "Horse arrested for beating up Magistrate"?LOL

alcazar - it's a common law offence. i.e. nobody has passed a law about it, but some court some time in the past has had to consider whether it should be an offence. I expect you'll find that the charge sheet said something along the lines of "gross indecency in a public place" rather than "w**king off a horse"

If you think that's weird, who was the first guy to milk a cow and what did he think he was doing at the time?

blip - It would be a Forensic Science Officer that would have to match up the finger prints.

They would also have to look for horse hairs that match the horses in the alleged assualt on the man's clothes. The poor FSO would also have to examine the clothing for traces of what the delicately call "fluids".
