I'm going later this week spending time in Bangkok visiting a friend as well as visiting one of the National Parks. We're avoiding the bars which might be a target and also staying away from the beach areas.

Knew there musta been a good reason to sell that gorgeous R6 - and this is a good 'un! Only had 3 days in Bangkok, but loved it. Really want to see more of Thailand. Married now tho...alas...( honey - love you!! ) so there are other things claiming my money.
