I've just met the PM

Yes Mr Blair himself opened our new research facility at the University of Durham this morning. Very pleasant man who made time to speak to everybody, also seeing special branch in action was an experience, they even had people clearing dead pigeons away from the entrance in case they were stuffed with explosives.......Still not voting for him though!!

No, what you do is roundhouse kick a couple of BG's, then get the PM
with a 1" Bruce Lee punch to the stomach......LOL
(or use that flipping about kungfu technique (.mov) posted on here a while back
Red Ken's office is near where i am, and i thought about giving him some abuse for the hell of it, on his way to work.
But he's a drunken nutcase and would probably steam into me!!!!

Plenty of anti Blair comments!!! I dont know why you feel so strongly against him, hes the best around at the moment, just take a look at the conservative party if you want to see real *****.
Think back a few years at the state the economy was in and count your blessings. Low interest rates and low unemployment have been the norm for a while now. I think if every1 wanted to "**** him in the face" like some of the peops have said now he wouldnt have such a commanding lead over the tories. If you think you could do better dont sit around moaning, run for president, errr, prime minister

actual fact tal that there is more people paying income tax to government than 5 years ago, seems to me that unemployment has fallen. And regarding manufacturing i think youll find that market forces will always play a major role where a product is made, ie if its cheaper to build in China it will be made there and imported in. Thats a major aspect of capitalism.
The mixture of businesses in manufacturing/services etc will continue to change as it has done so for the past 30 years. Its called progression. If things didnt progress we would all be making T shirts and poor quality cars the likes of which were "built" by British Leyland. Im assuming that you drive an impreza, was that made in the UK? certainly not. Buying a Japanese car will do no favours at all to UK manufacturing. You cant bemoan the state of UK manufacturing then go and spend £££££s on imports

Yeah typical Blair and Brown copy the Tories economic policies and take the credit. Blair was elected on a theme tune of it can only better and most thought so its a shame he was SO wrong in fact maybe i should complain to the ASA about his adverts. See if we can all get our money back i mean he has taken enough in stealth Taxes to justify the boot before we get into NHS and need i say DOME.

scoobynutta555: The unemployment thing is a joke.
There are loads of people out of work or looking for work.
The reason the figures are low is because in the last 5-6 years a lot of people have left perm positions to go into self-employed and they don't count as 'unemployed'. For example in the IT industry at the moment, approx 50% of the 'contractor' market is unemployed(and has been for >12 months), that's about 50,000 people. Not one of them can be counted on the unemployment list or claim benefit, unless they close down their Ltd company.
Also, many of the jobs that New Labour created are crap, but they've also made it so that you have to do whatever your offered or loose your benefits. So you get people who used to work down the pits or in shipbuilding doing stuff like stacking shelves in the supermarkets (that's some thanks for guys who risked their lives in earlier years).
Tony Blair is an arrogant little tw*t. He used to be my local MP and we thought he was a waste of space back then, we never thought the country would be so desperate to vote him into power!!
Personally I hope he becomes the first UK PM to be assasinated!
