I've had to stay at home through illness and so have let my fitness really go to pot. I'm looking to start exercising again but I need to be able to do it at home. Any advice on where to start/recommend any fitness videos? I've heard that the taebo wrkouts are quite interesting.

Thanks Princess. I'm looking for fun workouts, the usual bums & tums ones are terribly boring! I have a dance workout one, so I will go and have a look at taebo aswell tomorrow.

All the very best with your return to fitness.

Just put Richard and Judy on and you'll be running out the house very soon!!

Speaking of them, can anyone tel me why Richard was wearing a harness through the ENTIRE SHOW this afternoon? I watched most of the show just to confirm how bad it is of course.

Am ringing up local fitness centre to ask about aerobics classes too. I'll get fit or collapse in the attempt.
