They all think they are good looking, and smoke because its cool.
They know someone that has been and done everything, they are living with an imaginary woman, they lie about EVERYTHING!
Wouldnt be to upset if I ran the last one I dealt with over with a rather large truck. These are the people who stand at the bar and speak about things loudly on purpose because they thing people will be impressed that they have just got a Rover 45. *****, the lot of em!!!

I love the way moving house is so cheap...
The House £150,000
Final costs £1,450,358
Stamp duty this, solicitors that, surveyers here, etc etc!!!
No wonder its the most stressful thing in life, people charge you to stress you out!!!
Oh - one last pop at Estate agents, stop trying to sound educated when describing a room or house, you cant and you end up using words that dont exsist!!!

this is the place to make money. If you go into an industry with a bad rep- estate agent, car sales, finacial adviser, etc and you are are not a lying retarded scumbag then you clean up.
better to be a clever fish in a pond full of weed than a just another koi in lake of pretty carp!

I went into an industry with a bad rep, car sales, I did the job for 9 months how I thought it should be done, with me being friendly, honest and genuinely trying to offer useful help whilst selling cars.
In the end I gave up because everyone preferred to buy from the obviously lying scumbags, seems everyone prefers to believe the lies, as it massages ego or whatever, than to take reasoned sensible advice.
So I quit and went and did something else. And everytime I hear of sob stories of people beign stiched up on car deals I smile to myself because I know they only have themselves to blame, that the people selling cars are the liars and scumbags, who's half truths and outright lies will be trusted over proper honest advice.
Bitter? Me? well maybe only a tad........

Well done, Shark. The numeric skills are coming along well.
I think it was supposed to be a joke.
Although having said that, we're currently selling our house and the agent's fees are nearly £5k - which is bloody ludicrous considering that
a) we negotiated a 1% drop on their commission rate
b) we've done all of the viewings ourselves
c) it was only advertised in the paper 6 times
I've been phoning the agent and asking questions about the sale for 15 minutes/day, just to make sure the equivalent hourly rate they're charging us is brought down to less than a grand.
