2ish!!! I've got load's of stomach muscle but it appears to have formed into an industrial wok sort of shape.
I don't care because I still think I look fantastic....lol.
PS. Anyone want a bite of my meat pie?

Ploar: if you want to seroiusly get that 6 pack; drop me a line and I'll send you a routine that'll get you it in 3 months - with discipline! It's not about muscle, but losing fat in the gut area.

Noone drunk the six pack and got one big one left then?I'm about a 7.Two weeks of pressups has done wonders for my muscletone,going from weedy feeling arms and stomach back to a more familiar tautness(if still weedy looking).

I see them when ever I want
I have a photograph of them when I was in better shape(and drank and eat less).But seriously they are still there and if I put my mind to it I could alter my training methods and have them back.
But at the moment I am in bulking up mode heavy,low reps,small sets,only two body parts per session.Eating like a pig but usually the right stuff,currently 16st 10 (5"10).
Anyone who has been training for a while will tell you that you cant look your best 12 months of the year,you need off periods,in the bodybuilding community it is called (being in season,or not).
I tend to bulk up in the later months of the year(months 10,11,12,01)and then start on the cardio and higher my reps to 12-15 also uping the sets to 6 and obviously lowering the weight,during the remaining months.

more of an athletes build so its only a 9, should be a 10 another 2 months of training!
just working on my trapezius to define the body
even when i do pressups i have 15kg tied to my chest, helps make em strong as well as visible!

I am currently doing shrugs on a smiths machine,its a blast try it,far better than dumbell shrugs........

Im the same, 3yrs on and off now its time to go hardcore. Im 14.5s and 6"0 ish.
I do 3*10 reps. Starting at a weight i can do, then increasing by 5-10-20kg's afterwards

as for stomach muscles i would say 7.5 it my lower stomach which is my problem.... probably beer

but now i have gone for the keg look instead, much easier to maintain
i have gone from 15 stone (9% body fat) to 16.1/2stone (25% body fat)

I can see the top two cans, would like to investigate as to whether or not the other four are still there but only if it involves lying around being lardy!
I would like to shod some weight though, get rid of the belly and those side arches too I'm 25, six foot two and about 17 stone.....
