Grafting and Apple Tree
When my brother born i planted a pip.
Now the tree is 17yrs old.
We went to get it to flower, then produce apples.
How do you actually make it blossom?
Any help much appreciated
Si

Not 100% but I think it's just a case of cutting a v shaped groove into a fork in the tree, trimming the cutting from another tree to fit nice and snugg, insert and tape up with some of that material type tape to keep the germs and bugs out, then about 3-6 months down the road it will have taken,
Alternatively plant another tree beside it and let the bees do the rest.
